RETURNS

Returns must be approved by GCC. Please contact us at admin@glacierclothing.com to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before making a return.

• Note in your email your name, the date of your purchase, and reason for your return request.
• Items must be in “like new” condition in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Defective pieces in “as new” condition will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of GCC.
• Items returned for reasons other than defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

• Once approved, write the RMA number on a conspicuous place on the outside of the packaging as well as including it inside the package.
• All shipping charges for returned items are paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
